3Account Management

Any account suspected of involvement in the above activities will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted. If a violation is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
8Account Suspension & Closure
SK69 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
- Voluntary account closure requested by the member.
- Account inactive for more than 12 months.
